Shipping and Returns Information

The majority of The Flower Lab’s products can be shipped New Zealand wide. International delivery is not available. Larger items may only be available for delivery around Christchurch, New Zealand. This will be stated on the product’s page.

Items are shipped via New Zealand Post and aimed for 3-5 working day delivery. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery. Rural Delivery will incur an extra charge. If items are being delivered to a rural address, please select the “Rural Delivery” shipping option.

Please leave any delivery instructions when checking out your items.

Pick up is available from Waimakariri Gorge/Burnt Hill, Oxford. Collection date and time will be organized via Email.

Please note dried flowers may shed in transit and this is to be expected.All items are shipped in a box to avoid damage.

Dried flowers are not forever flowers and are a perishable product. Dried flowers will fade, shed and may even decompose overtime. Please note that dried flowers are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

Flowers are best stored out of direct sunlight and away from any moisture. Do not place dried flowers in water.
